Kids BALLET
- STUDENTS CAN GET STARTED AT ANY STAGE THROUGH OUT TERM -
Ballet classes are a fabulous form of fitness and technique for any age and level of dancer.
Originating in France, Ballet is a graceful and sophisticated form of dance that acts as a foundation for many other dance styles with amazing balance and technique skills.
Ballet will develop long learn muscles and strong core control.
Each Ballet class will begin on the barre using a range of exercises to educate and warm up the body for centre work.
Centre work will then enable the body to explore core strength, balance, lines, and a myriad of exercises depending on the class level, ranging from tendus to jumps.
CLASS TIMES:
5 - 7 years Monday 4.15pm - 5.00pm
8 - 12 years Wednesday 3.30pm - 4.30pm
13 - 16 years Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
WHAT TO WEAR: comfy clothes/ Ballet shoes or socks
WHAT TO BRING: water bottle
